Q - How can I reset my username password?

A - If you have lost your username password, no worries, you can create a new password by clicking on the "Forget Password" button, and after following all the valid steps, your new password will be created successfully.


Q – Can I create my account using Google or Facebook?

A – Yes, you can, but currently, this service is unavailable for the time being.

Q – Is it mandatory for me to upload a profile picture in order to post a internship OR if I want to apply for a internship?

A – No, it's not mandatory to upload the profile picture. All users will still be able to post and apply for the internship, respectively. But it is recommended that you have a profile picture for good interaction with other users.


Q - How do I change my own profile image (avatar), which is beside my name?

    A - Changing your profile image is an easy way to illustrate your identity in public. You can change your image as many times as you want. To change your public image,
  • Sign in with your registered account.
  • Go to View Profile > Click Upload.
  • Choose a new image from your device.
  • Once uploaded, you will get a preview of your uploaded image.
  • Click SAVE.

Q - Can I showcase my projects to client?

A - If you have lost your username password, no worries, you can create a new password by clicking on the "Forget Password" button, and after following all the valid steps, your new password will be created successfully.

A - Yes, you can merge all of your projects into one hyperlink, and then you can insert that hyperlink into your portfolio's input.

Q - How will clients come to know about me?

    A - You can mention as much or as little about yourself as per your comfort. You can introduce yourself with a short description of your location, languages you know, education, etc. To tell members about yourself:
  • Sign in to your registered Internsta account.
  • Go to View Profile > Edit
  • Add your information.
  • Click Save.
  • By default, all client users can see your information, except your personal data (email address, phone number, etc.)


Q - Is it mandatory for me to add my basic details before applying for a internship?

A - Yes, every user must provide their basic details before applying for a internship. The user cannot go any further without mentioning their basic details.


Q - How do I apply for a internship?

    A – Applying for a internship is the most crucial step for your selection or non-selection of candidature. Please be more vigilant.
  • Once you have searched for a internship as per your skillset.
  • In the bottom-right corner, you will find the Apply button.
  • Enter your offer and mention the message to the client.
  • Click Submit.


Q - How do I accept a hire request from a client?

A – Once the client has sent you a hire request, you will receive a notification. Go to the Notification page, and click on the Alerts tab; you will find your most recent alert. You can click on the Details button to find out more about the internship, and there you will have the liberty to Accept or Reject the internship.


Q - How do I filter search results?

A - You can search for any specific skills you are good at or would like to work on! Filtered internships will be shown to you by mentioning skills in the search bar. If you do not search for any particular skill, internships will be shown to you as per your mentioned skill in your profile.

Q – Is it mandatory for me to add my basic details before posting a internship, respectively?

A – Yes, it is mandatory for every user to provide their basic details before posting a internship. User cannot go any further without mentioning his/her basic details.


Q – How will consultants will come to know about my posted internships?

A – Once you posted a internship, this internship will appear to the skilled candidate's internship search page, and accordingly, if a candidate is interested to work, he/she will definitely apply for the internship.


Q – How can I disable/enable/edit a particular internship?

A – You can enable/edit/disable your own posted job’s, Go to My internships and with each internship card, you will find enable/disable and edit buttons.


Q - How do I filter search results?

A - You can go to search page and can do an Avanced search according to your preference (like: location, languages and experience etc.)

Q - How do I invite a candidate for a internship as a client?

A – Once you select the candidate who is suitable for your internship, you will find an invite button at the bottom right corner of its card OR you can just open the consultant’s profile by clicking View Profile button and there also you can find an invite button in the top right corner.

Q - Can a client or candidate able to share documents, files, pictures and videos etc., through lounge chat?

A – Yes, they can!


Q - Can a client directly invite a candidate for chat?

A – No, but once the client has invited a candidate, Client will have to wait, as he/she cannot chat with the candidate until the candidate approves connect with the client, once the candidate has approved it then candidate and client both can chat.

Q - How can I rate the candidate once the assigned internship Is finished as a client?

A – Once the assigned internship is finished, candidate can request you to close the internship, once you received the closure of internship from candidate, you can go to Hired tab, and there you will Close Contract Button, Post clicking it you will get a popup to rate the candidate and post to it contract will be closed immediately.
